Teclado parando de funcionar ao pressionar FN+ qualquer tecla de função

Bom dia, estou tendo um problema com um teclado genérico da Gaming Master, esse teclado tem a tecla FN que pode ser apertada para aumentar o volume, mudar de mídia, etc, usando o FN + teclas de função, quando faço isso o teclado para de responder, o Num Lock não acende mais a luzinha, a tecla de mudar o led do teclado também para de funcionar, o teclado inteiro congela e o único jeito de resolver é desconectando o USB e conectando de volta. Eu sou novato no mundo Linux, vim do Windows onde nunca tive esse problema, então não faço a menor ideia do motivo. Eu já testei diferentes distros como o POP!_OS e o Manjaro, ambos tiveram o mesmo problema, no Manjaro eu tentei atualizar o Kernel para a versão 6.11 mas não resolveu, no momento estou pensando em tentar o Ubuntu, mas sinceramente não quero usar o Ubuntu por causa da interface, gostei muito do Manjaro e gostaria de continuar nele, vou comprar um teclado novo de marca melhor pra ver se resolve. Envia, por gentileza, a saída do comando:

lsusb -v

Daí, despluga o teclado, pluga de novo e força o erro. Depois roda o seguinte comando:

sudo dmesg | grep -i usb

E também manda a saída aqui para entendermos melhor o que está acontecendo.

A parte que concerne o erro aparentemente é essa:

usb 3-3: device descriptor read/64, error -71

Esse erro 71 geralmente se refere a algum problema de protocolo, geralmente relacionado a problemas no hardware ou suprimento de energia.

Recomendo, para o troubleshooting que (1) observe na sua BIOS se há alguma configuração limitando a energia às portas USB; (2) tente em uma porta distinta, entre USB 3 e USB 2, a fim de ver se o erro persiste e (3) caso esteja usando um hub USB, tente remover esse hub e tente novamente.
