Laptop não reconhece monitor cabo HDMI

Estou tentando conectar um monitor externo, via HDMI, mas o Laptop não reconhece.
Quando executo o comando xrandr, retorna que não tem nada na HDMI:

Não se trata de problema físico pois é um cabo e um monitor que eu estava usando normalmente em um PC Windows.

Teve alguma solução amigo? também esto com o mesmo problema

Eu tive o mesmo problema. A solução foi, na tela de login, trocar o Wayland por X11
