sou novo aqui, tenho uma maquina virtual no pop os e fica dando essa mensagem de erro

dei um exit para ver onde estava o problema, e esse
foi o resultado:

o que eu faço para resolver isso, tenho um kali lnux que tambem esta dando problema,mas consegui resolver o kali
