Fui instalar um flatpak (Shortwave) e deu esse erro:

Ele está dando para qualquer flatpak que eu tente instalar.
Uso Fedora 38.

### Additional Information
I'm using void linux with glibc, gnome, pipewire and wayland.
This bug works with any app, not only the `discord-screenaudio` (I've tried `Epiphany`, `ExtensionManager` and etc.)
Also I have tried to:
* Remove the remote and set it up again
* `flatpak repair`
* `sudo flatpak repair`
* `flatpak repair --user`
* `flatpak unsinstall --unsued`
* `flatpak update`
* `flatpak update --appstream`
* `sudo xbps-remove -R -O flatpak; sudo xbps-install flatpak`
* `sudo xbps-install -Suy`
OBS: Vários a respeito do Fedora (diferentes versões do Fedora), porém existe relatos de outras distros também.

A solução talvez seja tentar instalar flatpaks como sudo até que uma solução diferente seja dada. Vi isso num post gringo por aí. Tentei por aqui e funcionou testando Fedora Gnome 38.

Pra mim o sudo funcionou tb.
Vamos ver se vão resolver isso.
Estava com o mesmo problema mas uma atualização recente do fedora ajeitou, na terça eu acho, parece que os pacotes que fazem parte do libostree que causaram o problema mas resolveram, tenta atualizar e reinicia.
