QEMU no EndeavouOS com gnome 42 ocorre travamentos no Boxes e na Distro

Olá pessoal, Blz?

Recentemente estou com EndeavourOS e Fedora 36, ambos com Gnome 42 atualizados e venho enfrentando problemas em algumas VMs. Em dado momento, o boxes trava tudo até a distro EOS. No F36 está tudo normal e para muitos, o EOS está tudo ok usando o boxes, como pode ser visto aqui neste link abaixo para melhor entendimento a este caso.

Depois que eu instalei um tal de “dmidecode” algumas linhas de erro sumiram e agora consigo abrir as vms até que em algum momento trave tudo. Isso começou a ocorrer após atualização dos qemu no EOS. Antes disso, tudo funcionava normalmente.

Me sugeriram instalar o virt-manager e também ocorreu erros semelhantes.

Alguém pode me ajudar a solucionar este caso, dado a falta de minha experiência aprofundada em Linux?

Inicialmente abri dois terminais sendo: um com “sudo journalctl -f” e outro abri o boxes com " /usr/bin/gnome-boxes ".

No manuseio do boxes chega a relatar até erro de kernel.

Salve xará (Putz véi Edson Santos :sunglasses: kkkk), estava acompanhando seu tópico no fórum do endeavouros e inclusive respondi para zerar as configurações da libvirt (.cache e .config)
Você mencionou que suas VMs desapareceram (não era para acontecer as VMs tem um backup em .local/share/gnome-boxes) e que mesmo após a limpeza das configurações o Boxes continua não funcionando direitinho.
Houveram algumas alterações nos pacotes do qemu você chegou a verificar as atualizações na arch Wiki referentes ao qemu?
Estou te perguntando pois você disse que não enfrenta esse problema no fedora e outras pessoas no tópico lá também afirmaram não ter esse problema.

Agradeço a todos pelas informações prestadas, mas diante de tudo isso e, após verificação do inxi -Faz, tive outro direcionamento.

Fui verificar o pc estava com aquecimento chegando a 75 Graus. Limpei os collers e troquei a pasta térmica e voltou a ficar a temperatura 35 e 45 Graus. OK.

Baixei a ISO mais recente do EOS e reinstalei todo “sistema” Gnome 42. Instalei tudo pelo aplicativo do EOS e yay -S, sem a utilização do pamac.

Mesmo assim, as mensagens de erro continuam como segue:
Observação: Creio que o problema seja algum conflito de hardware com os kernels mais recentes do Linux para os padrões da minha máquina, que já se encontra meio obsoleta.

O erro só apareceu inicialmente após inclusão da Distro (ISO) no Boxes. Depois os erros se mantiveram a cada abertura e finalização. O gnome-boxes não veio instalado junto com o Gnome 42 e tive que instalar pelo yay S- gnome-boxes e pelo que pude verificar a instalação vem pelo flatpak

Aparentemente, tudo trava e muitos dos aplicativos abertos não fecham. Nem pelo “matador” do processo.

Tudo aparentemente funciona corretamente. Entro e saio do gnome-boxes e entro e saio das vms normalmente, mas pontualmente aparecem mensagens de erros que por muitas vezes não sabemos a quem reportar para correção.

Na minha maquina instalei duas vezes o EndeavourOS de formas diferentes e, mesmo assim, os erros continuam. Fiz teste nos HDs e memórias e está tudo ok. Vai entender! Creio que seja um problema nos repositórios do Arch ou na própria ISO criada pela equipe do EndeavourOS.
